I got hit in the head with a wood block , how much trouble will the kid get into?
well I was looking down and all of the sudden i feel like something bashed me in the head and i started to cry and it hurt really bad.
and this was on the bus and it was a whole big thing.
so the bus driver drove me back to the school and the school nurse called my mom and she picked me up.
it still really hurts 1 day later , but my question is.
Can he get in trouble with it?
I think he did it on purpose because he was laughing while i was sitting there crying.
First, you have to press charges or file a police report if you don't then your parents might have to or a witness like the bus driver could. If none of the above happens then its up to the school to discipline him. If that doesn't happen then nothing will. Supposing someone files a report the worst he could get is attempted murder, which is unlikely. He could get assault with a deadly weapon.
