Video camera for golf swing?
Does anyone no the best speed of video camera for recording golf swing?
Pretty much any video camera made today will work. In fact the one I use is a Sony about 5+ years old.
What is really helpful is a video golf swing program. I use V1 Golf Academy for my high school team and it works fine. What's nice is it's FREE. http://www.v1golfacademy.com
I went ahead and got the home premium version which allows for variable speed.
