Body Skills You Can Enhance To Help Your Golf Swing

One or two basic rules have to be followed while learning the golf swing. You should get the feeling that the golf club is nothing more than your arm's extension. You will need very good balance and rhythm for the swing.

 

Initial step for a golf swing is the right preparation and stance. Body balance and rhythm should also be there. The upper body's rotation relative to the lower body's stance is important. Body alignment and the proper plane for the swing in order to control the speed are also of great importance.
