Head light covers on 1995 look cloudy, can they be replaced, if must be ordered, how or where to go?
So many interesting answers, I had no idea, it all sounds good, I will let all who have knowledge vote.
The cloudiness is oxidation. Use a product called Meguiar's PlastX. It is available at WalMart and other stores for less than $10 a bottle, enough to do several cars. It will take 10 or 15 minutes per light, depending on how bad they are, but it will definitely take the layer of oxidation off, resulting in more available light.
There is also a treatment from Wynn's, but I have only seen it at service shops, and they charge about $50.
