The golf swing release is something that many golfers struggle with, primarily because most do not understand it. You see, the golf swing is a series of events, all of them leading to an end result. Without getting the other parts of the equation intact, then you are really just putting a band-aid fix on one potential problem. However, it is important to have a proper golf swing release, so in this article I am going to show you how to do just that.

The golf swing release seems to come into play after impact, but actually it is right before impact, which is why it is so important. For the sake of time I am going to spare you every detail of the golf swing, and go straight into the downswing, which leads to impact and the golf swing release. As you come down from the top, you should be starting your swing with your hips, and your arms are just along for the ride.

As you come into the ball, you should have quite a bit of wrist cock built up, because that is where both power and accuracy come from.
