Golf: Difference between stiff and regular?

TaylorMade r7 CGB Max Driver, i've been reading reviews on it, i'm thinking of getting it. what's the difference between them? If i have a faster clubhead speed which one would i benefit from the most? I want to hear your opinions. Pros? Cons? Whats the max i should spend on this driver? Stiff Flex is meant more for which types of swings? and Regular is meant for which types of swings? Thanks

If you have a fast swing, get stiff. If your swing isn't fast get regular. By fast I mean pace of your swing.
