Pushing the design envelope even further, we replaced the stainless steel face with a thin sheet of lightweight titanium to experience the same benefits of a modern titanium driver wrapped up into an iron. Titanium was selected for two reasons. First it provides a responsive striking zone to increase ball speed and distance.
