Half marathon question (beginners)?
I just had a shower and I notice i was getting fat.
I was quite fit before and I stop exercising because i couldn't afford my gym membership. It expired in June. So no exercise since then apart from causal games of golf.
This Half Marathon is on Sunday October the 4th.
If I start training now would I be fit enough to complete it. Not nesscary winning it just finishing it?
There a half marathon option or 10 km option.
Any tips of becoming a better runner or any train tip???

Just do it. That's more than enough time. There's nothing wrong with run/walking a half. It reduces injuries and builds overall stamina.
