how do I get the handle back on my dyson ball 25 animal vacuum cleaner?
I took of the handle to use the hose attachment to vacuum my stairs and now I can't get the handle back on my dyson to vacuum like normal. I"M SO FRUSTRATED! HELP!
Hi its Darran at Dyson, if you still have the wand handle attached to the hose, you simply place the hose up against the back of the machine (you will see a channel where the hose fits into), then with the handle facing forward, slide it downwards on to the top of the main body. It should then slide over the top section of the main body on the vacuum cleaner and click into place. Once located, you simply push the metal tube with the red cuff on the top down inside the handle and hose.
